Terms of use

These terms cover two separate things: using the public site at aiseofrance.com, and the shape of an actual audit, rewrite or monitoring engagement. The site is here to explain the work and let you reach me; it is not the engagement itself. If a signed engagement and these site terms ever disagree, the signed engagement wins.

1. Using the site

What you read on aiseofrance.com honestly describes how I work on the day it was written. It is information, not legal, regulatory or commercial advice; acting on it outside an active engagement is your own call and your own risk.

Please do not scrape the site's text in bulk, reconstruct my sentence-ledger method from the public pages, or republish long passages without credit. Linking to a page, or quoting a passage with a clear source, is welcome and needs no permission.

2. The contact form

Sending the form opens a conversation, not a contract: it creates no offer and no commitment on either side. It is just a tidy way to hand me the context of your case. I reply once that context is enough to say something useful. Submitting it gives you no automatic right to a particular answer, a fixed turnaround, or a service.

I may also decline a message: it might sit outside what I look at, my current schedule might not allow it, or there may be another practical reason. A decline is never a judgement on your business; it usually comes down to fit and to the time I have.

3. The shape of an engagement

A paid audit, rewrite or monitoring engagement begins only after we have both signed a written agreement. That agreement sets out scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property and dispute resolution. These site terms do not stand in for it.

An engagement reads the public evidence about your business — your own pages, the AI answer, the Google results, competitor pages and the aggregator snippets that mention you — and shows where the wording fails to give an answer engine a sentence it can lift. Every recommendation produces a concrete, factual sentence rather than a vague brand notion; French and English pages are compared as parallel evidence, not decorative translations; and no part of the engagement promises to control rankings or citation share. Where an instruction would cut against this way of working, the engagement is renegotiated or ended rather than bent.

4. No guaranteed result

How a business shows up in answer engines and in search depends on things no one fully controls: how the models behave, the policies of third-party platforms, the changes you choose to apply, the market, and the plain passage of time. So nothing here is promised: not a position in the results, not a citation from any model, not a recommendation, not any particular AI behaviour. What the engagement does is read the public evidence, weigh it across sources and across French and English, and name the sentences and visible elements most likely to make your business easier to interpret correctly. The results stay outside my control, and the concrete, bounded expectations live in the written agreement.

5. Liability

For free use of the site, my liability is limited as far as the law allows. For paid work, it is stated and capped in the written agreement. None of this removes liability for deliberate wrongdoing, fraud, gross negligence, or anything the law forbids excluding.

6. Governing law

Use of the site is governed by the law of the place where I am established, except where consumer-protection law gives you a more favourable forum. For a paid engagement, the governing law and the competent court are fixed in the written agreement.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms are reviewed as the way I work changes, and the version in force is the one marked by the "Updated" date at the top. A change touching an engagement already under way is told directly to the client concerned; a change to the site alone simply appears here.
